Nicki Minaj Was On The Run From The Police In New York

Trinidad-born American Rapper Nicki Minaj could get done for attempted murder. An insider who spoke to AfroSaxonHeat from New York revealed that Nicki,33, tried to have someone killed but was unsuccessful and had to keep a low profile as she feared police would find out and bring her in for questioning.

AfroSaxonHeat understands that a new video footage which has been released by The Homies at ForbezDVD.com is trying to implicate the Brooklyn based star in the murder plot.

Nicki’s old friend and fellow rapper 7Even claims in an interview that before he and Nicki made it in hip hop – they always worked together as a team. During an interview with Doggie Diamonds 7Even said: “Me and Nicki, we done caught together. She was on the run for attempted murder. Yeah. Facts, I’m gonna keep it a Buck.” He adds “This was a long time ago and no one knew us back then. Things have changed now and it’s very different these days.”

Under New York’s penal law, there is no statute of limitations for attempted murder. That means prosecutors can still go after Nicki if they feel it is in the public’s interest to do so.”In New York any unsolved crimes can be brought to book. It does not matter how long it remains unsolved. Once there is new evidence the authorities can bring it to trial.” A legal source tells AfroSaxonHeat.

A spokesman for Nicki refused to comment.
