Jennifer Hudson Still Cannot Forgive Sister
Oscar winner Jennifer Hudson, has still not been able to forgive her older sister Julia for the tragic deaths of three beloved family members.
Sources say the American Idol pop sensation — who is engaged to wrestler David Otunga, is finding it hard to totally exonerate her sister for the terrible tragedy that befell her family back in 2008
Hudson, 29, was devastated in late 2008 when her mother, brother and nephew were murdered, allegedly by Julia’s estranged husband William Balfour.
“Jennifer has tried, but every time she sees Julia or talks to her, she cannot help think if it wasn’t for her marrying William, her mother would still be alive,” reveals a source close to the star.
During a recent interview with Oprah Winfrey, Hudson revealed she’s still trying to make her mom proud.
“I try to do everything to say, ‘OK, will my mother like this? Will she be pleased? Will she be proud of that? How do I know she’s happy and she’s smiling down at me from heaven?’” Hudson revealed.
“And that’s what I try to go by and walk by.”
