Rihanna Turns Down British Airways

Pop Singer Rihanna allegedly demanded a whopping £500,000 to go on a trip with British Airways to her native Barbados.

The Bajan singer was invited on a marketing excursion with BA boss Willie Walsh and offered 10 years worth of flights, but the singer declined the offer.

A British Airways insider said “We offered her 10 years worth of free flights to be with us on a trip which would have only lasted four days.”

The 22-year-old singer, who has sold over 12 million albums worldwide, was born in St Micheal, Barbados and moved to the US at 16 to pursue her singing career.

British Airways replaced the singer with supermodel Jodie Kidd, who was discovered whilst on a beach in Barbados.
